Thank you all so much for all the nice comments. I did enjoy shootins these daisies and I am glad the pics didn't disappoint you - except Ruidoso, who I am sure, will soon better these.

I doubt it! Even if I try hard, I won't be able to top yours... All we have around here are wild ones (purple mostly, some white and some yellow) and they tend to be kind of ' skinny and scraggeldy'....

So I'll just have to enjoy (and envy) yours!

Can you name your rig? FZ-20 if I remeber correctly.

I never could get such fine macros straight from the camera , and am hoping to get an adapter for my FZ-20 so that I can add my Nikon 6T.

Did you use flash.

Hellow wise, how are you? I haven't seen you here for a long time. Thanks for viewing. Mine is FZ3. As stated in the first photo, it was on macro mode. No flash. The exif for the first photo says it was f2.8, 1/25 sec, ISO 80.

Amazing macros these. Seeing those has rekindled my interest in my FZ20.

Yes I have been here and there. I got Nikon6T but cannot use it because I don't have an adapter. Adapter is not available in India. Trying to get one from USA ( Phayee).

BTW, did you use tripod?

No. The camera, and even the flower, was handheld. Let me make it clear here - I am not (yet) a gardener as my good friends have assumed, though I wish to be one, may be after retirement. Sorry if I misled you. I got these flowers in a floral arrangement. I just took them out from the vase, held them (one at a time, of course) against some greenery at my home and clicked with the other hand.
