from my apple tree today. These were all shot with the FZ50 and the Oly C-210 teleconverter.

Goldfinch in their winter coat. In the summer they will be bright yellow




Chestnut-Backed Chickadee. These guys move so fast it is hard to get a focus with the FZ before they move.



Oregon Junco or as we always called them Snow Birds.



Ruby-Crowned Kinglet, another one that is hard to catch sitting still.

Excellent shots all. They all look like the small twitchy sort of bird that doesn't sit still for long, making the quality of the shot even more noteworthy.
