Sorry, this might be the wrong forum for this, but I don't know exactly where to post this question. I'm kind of new to Photoshop and am using Elements 5.0.
My question is this: How do I get those interesting borders around photos? Especially with the black background and with the photographer's name underneath the actual picture in the frame.

(I hope that makes sense, I don't know how else to explain that better)

Does anybody have any good tutorial sites to share? Any tips?

Thanks for your help.

P.S.: Oh, and the reason why I'm posting in this forum is because I have a Panasonic FZ 30.

Thanks for the great links! I checked out some of the tutorials and they were pretty easy to follow. Exactly what I was looking for.
