Oh, those are really nice!! Two thumbs up.

I tried to capture it with my plain old FZ20 but it doesn't have the reach and was very difficult to focus. I was also up on a hillside so there was little to frame the comet with to make the shot more interesting.

I am in the UK!!:-) It was an evening/morning only comet, I think the time has past now though. Thanks for the kind words.

The comet is now viewable for people in the southern Hemisphere, but only for a few days. It would be great to see some shots from down under.

Oh and supposedly it is visible during daylight hours in the UK too (its that bright) about 7 o clock from the sun, block out the sun with your hand, about a fists width from the sun and you might see it.
