Hi all, haven't posted anything in while, so thought I would let you know I'm still around. I finally got around to purchasing a macro lens back in December (Nikon 4T) for my FZ7. I haven't taken a lot of good pictures with it yet, but here are a couple that I thought turned out pretty good. We had an ice storm here in Texas a couple of weeks ago, and I went out in the backyard and took these shots of some ice on the clothesline. Never noticed that icicles had air pockets in them until I took these shots!

Hope you enjoy!

Jim

Nice Jim! You must have had some wind while that was freezing, to get the air pockets. I live in Abilene and it's really been cold here also. We had sunshine for about two hours in the past two weeks. I'm beginning to know how Squirrrel feels up in Washington State.
