Number 1 is beautiful. I think #2 would have been better with the focus on the background but that's just me.

I didn't look at that, this way..... Thanks!

The last few days we have those sunrises, but everytime I forgot my camera.

I hope I'll get an other chance tomorrow, then I'll try to focus on the skyline.

Nice shots. When I first looked I agreed about the focus, but on a second look I think the focus on the duck with the blurry background works OK.

Thanks all for taking the time to look and for the kind words...

This morning another great sunrise, so I tried to focus on the treeline, used spotfocus. The treeline is a bit sharper, but I think that's because a smaller aperture. Next time I'll use manual focus.

Still I love this picture, and I really like the fact that there is a bird in the upper left corner.
