In Luxembourg there is a small population of cormorants. Sports-fisherman hunt them because apparently they eat the fish away (approx 300 grammes per bird per day...).

Although I found the original photo OK, there was something missing, it lacked'punch'. So I added an artificial lake reflection and some more saturation.

What do you think of it?

I used 'reflet.exe', a little french utility progam that also is capable to create an animated gif, which is even more stunning:

It appears that you added not only reflection but the whole lake. At least I can't see the lake in the original to compare. I will say the one above looks fine though. The saturation helps.

You've done a stunning job with the reflection, I like the animation as well. Well done Yogibear.

I like the added reflection, though I think the saturations is perhaps a tiny bit too strong.

Nicely done......"Sportsfishermen"! I believe some of them kill dolphins for the same reason!

nice shot, Yogi... i like the colors and the reflection, even if it is artificial. cormorants do eat a goodly amount of fish... here's an example!

All very nicely done, I managed to get this shot. At first, wasn't sure what bird it was until viewing your post.
