My last decent shoot was 1 Jan 07, and today went to shoot again.....been really busy @ work....So only had time to go downstairs to shoot.

Just to share some of the insects taken.

Panaonic FZ10+Raynox250, F8, various speeds, ISO50, 2 ext diffused flash

#1: Stare of a long Legged Fly

#2:Jumping spider

#3: Farming Time.....

#5: Ladybird

I've been missing your post. The entire series is great but #1 just knocks my lights out. Hope you can keep shooting and posting your macros.

Indeed, shot number 1 is incredible. What about the rainbowcolours between the eyes? I've never ever seen anything like it? Are these real colors?

Also, "Farming Time" is great :)

Great and "eyepleasing" as always, Tan.

I ve also been away for long, due to connection problems to the forum with my DSL line (as I stated in my recent post).

I'm waiting for the JS in my balcony plants to wake up, to capture them with my DCR-250-

Its really been awhile, and not sure when will the next shooting will is getting more and more.

Leberwurstsaft, yes the rainbow colours are natural....these LL flies have colourful bodies, and this particular type are quite huge.
