It was a beautiful day at Castle Mountain ski resort, here in SW Alberta. Here is a shot of my wife at the top of the mountain.

Hey didn't you remind her that the skis should be used all the way down? LOL

Awesome shots. I really love the PS treatment to show the descent. And yes burst mode can be fantastic in those fast paced situations. I wish they allowed burst for RAW - the best of both worlds

And how does your wife like your work here? I never skied down a hill. The one time I tried it cross-country style I managed to fall often enough to warn me never get off a level place with sticks attached to my feet.

Real nice captures Narcis! Very well exposed. Did you use the "snow mode" in your camera settings or did you use manual settings? Thanks.

My wife ended up sliding about 300 metres down the hill before she finally came to a stop, unscathed. After she collected herself and her skiis, we both had a real good laugh at the pictures. White balnace was set to bright sunshine, ISO 80 and shutter priority at 1/1000 sec.
