Really strange shot (in a good way). The pose and the way the light has reflected off the feather's give the bird an almost unral quality. Terrific capture

Great shot, Beth. I thought it was my monitor, but as Tan says, the bird looks like made of ceramic - may be the lighting and motion blur combine to create that effect.

The light on it sure looks like a ceramic eagle tossed up into the air. I hope it did not shatter when it hit the ground.
