Managed to find time to shoot. Here are some macros from the shoot.


FZ10+Raynox 250, ISO50, F8, 1/60s-200s, 2 ext diffused flash, handheld

#1: Weevil on a wooden post


#2: A different type of Weevil


#3: With a Kung-Fu Pose


#4: Shield Bug doing one hand push up


#5: Ant chewing something


#6: Jumping Spider...seems to be a different type of heavy jumper


#7: Side view


#8: ant mimicking spider in its nest


#9: another view


#10: The GLOBIN


#11: Peek-a-boo



These were taken sometime back....

That 'some bug' is something unique! The face of ant-mimicking spider looks like monkey's. JS is due for a hair-cut.Extra-ordinary shots Tan, thanks for sharing.

Stunning and superb macros tchuanye, #13, the emrald beauty looks like it's built for supersonic speed.
That you can pinpoint the teensy DOF of the 250 handheld is truly amazing.
