Hi Robin, i`m certainly no expert at these type of shots but from a viewers perspective I can`t really add much more than Raphael, although a few more people in some of the scenes would maybe have worked well....capturing the hustle and bustle of the market atmosphere. In pic 5 the 2 guys in conversation would have been a good subject to zoom in on to my mind too.
I had a go at cropping pic 5 and came up with the version below. Hope you don`t mind, I couldnt find fault with your original but thought i`d have a go anyway....

I also will comment that closer is better as it would involve the viewer more in the scene. If you do get closer and they don't grab me as much then I will say that Raphael just has a really fine market and we can all be jealous of it. :-)

Thanks much for your feedback, Raphael, Mark & Happy.
As soon as I reviewed your comments and went back to review Raphael's work, I indeed realized what it was I had missed. Getting closer was clearly the big difference.
I tried zooming in PP with a few of my existing shots, but found the camera angles were wrong. Really need to go back to the market and try again - armed with your advice.
The crop you did, Mark, was an improvement.
