Hiroshi. Really like the first one. The balance between highlights and shadows is spot on for me. On the second I am not sure the balance is right (to my eye at least), there is a little too much featureless sky that really does not add to the photo. I reckon maybe a crop just above the fog bank and hills.

Thanks for your insight. Keeping the same aspect ratio, is this what mean?

Nice shots. I think the crop you did on pic 2 improves what was already a nice pic.

Precisely what I meant, and glad you took the comment in the spirit in which it was meant. To my eye this works better. I think it could also work in a 16:9 type ratio.

Pretty land/seascapes Hiorish. I like the second shot best it should be called "A Fence Runs Through It".
