Cold miserable day here today, so had a mess about taking pics of water dripping from the tap(yes I was very bored lol).....I was surprised how this turned out.....colour channels have been switched about, I quite like the colours it produced.....

Very nice Mark, shooting water droplets can be fun. If the sun peeks out be sure and try some of the raindrops outside and see what reflections you can get.

Great experiment with successful outcome! Have not dared try water drops yet. Did you use burst mode?

Thanks for the comments everyone.Theyre much appreciated.

WindRowe, no didnt use burst mode.....I was using the onboard flash (diffused) so couldnt use burst. I had the camera set up on a tripod with the macro lens attached to keep at the right focussing distance at all times while i tried (mostly unsuccessfully) to trigger the shutter at the right moment. Thankfully a few shots came out well including these 2 i`ve posted.
