It's been a rather long while since I posted here but today we had a new visitor in the garden and my wife got the fz5 out and took these shots.
It's a very tame bird, and it seems we've got a new pet.

I found the shots to nice not to share them.

Enjoy - Ronny/ Rosemarie

Very nice shots. You do realize that your new pet has a large family and will want to invite them over for family gatherings often. At least, that's what the family members here do.

Nice shot and great colors but as Happy said, if you are not careful you will have a u=yard full of pigeons.

Thanks Mark
[line]Thanks Happy, we already have 2 wood pigeons and 2 Ring necks Doves, who are fighting constantly and this for some years.
They are really territorially not like dove's in the city. It was even strange that they allowed this visitor to even land in our garden.
So we don't have to much problems with them.

WOW! Beautifully done. Both pictures are winners. Color, resolution, balance and composition make these 2 pics excellent.
