Two shots here as a brief follow up to my kinglet post. The first one is of a wild in the woods kinglet. Full zoom and a tele converter. Just to show how lucky I was to have a bird in (Jennifer's) hand instead of in the bush.

Second one; Hiroshi said one of the pictures could be hung on the wall after the bird poop was photoshopped out. I did take it out and post that one on flickr, but this one was pre poop so clean fingers, and I like it better as the bird and finger go the same way. This is cropped a little and photoshop adjusted, but not much. Photoshop does not want to do right by kinglets in my opinion.

Knowing how fast these little birds move at times, and how difficult to shoot you did really well getting shot #1, I`d be pleased with that one.
The closeup is simply superb.
