Hi Pants, probably not enough interest in the clouds to sustain such a large amount fo space on this one. Probably a much tigher zoom may have worked better.

Our rain clouds are much drabber then yours. I will go with what Rafael said. Maybe to the posts on either side of the buildings and have the picture composed of a third post/buildings two thirds sky. Of course, if you do it again everything will be different and you won't have the same sky, but you get the idea.

I have a tripod now so making full zoom shots in low light is now a possibility !!!
