just thought i'd share this with my friends here on the Panny board... it's a shot i've been trying to get for a long time, and yesterday -through a combination of luck, timing, great optics - oh, and did i mention luck? - i finally managed to capture these tree swallows engaging in their springtime aerobatic rituals. needless to say, the FZ20 wouldn'treact nearly fast enough to catch these little fellows...

When it comes to motion, everything I shoot is LUCK!

That's one heck of a great capture. Did you do much cropping on it?

Great shot, Rocky. Those are very hard to get, these rascals are fast around here. Certain times of the year, they just zoom all over, especially over the bayou.

A real gem of a capture squirl. It looks like a greatterritorial argument, and as "Happy Peasant" said, I could hear them yelling!
