Very nice and different from the usual, due to the dappled light on the bird, giving it a very serene look.

I really wish I could approach shots like these. Your skill with these birds in the dappled light is very inspiring. I will have to keep at it. I have been trying to capture the musk lorikeets that are around at the moment and have nothing to show for it.

I got lucky last spring with a rainbow lorikeet



and some galahs



But not one decent shot from the garden since November.

Thanks Mark, Hiroshi and Rafael for the nice comments. Rafael those shots look good to me, I wish I had some colorful fellows like that to shoot.
The only advice I could give you is don't give up, keep shooting until you get what you like. Besides, getting there is most of the fun.
