I was checking in on the labyrinth spider when I spotted a strange bug in our orange tree. I wasn't able to get a shot of the bug but I found two jumping spiders. I wasn't really prepared for them so the shots are a dark. I'll stake out the tree this weekend, after my new slaves get here, andI'll finally be able to try out the panel flash!

2 and 4 are my favourites of these, different poses from the normal ones we see, and they show the spiders` colouration really well.Good luck with the new flash equipment, I look forward to seeing your results with it....

Oh wow, this one has a much different look. There are so many species. I like #2 in how you capture detai all along the body.

Nice shots, #2 made me think of some cannibal movies I've seen. I could see the witch doctor in that spider' face.

Now that you mention it, I too see that witch doctor. The one from King Kong I think. Amazing how versitile these spiders are. Very nice captures.
