Our local photo club is having its year end competition. One of the themes is "flowers". I've taken over two hundred images of various flowers in my garden using my FZ20 and a Raynox DCR-250. I've narrowed my choise down to 5 images but still can't decide on which one to enter. We are only allowed one image per category. I respect the opinions, critques and help this forum offers and am asking you guys which one of the five you prefer. Thanks for any feedback.

I'd go with either #1 or #3.

I like the reflections in #1 and the softness of the pink flower.
I think I like #3 mostly because of the purple and gold since those are the colors of Louisiana State University. Go Tigers!! (sorry... couldn't resist).
I also like it because it shows more of the flower than some of the other ones.

Hope that helps!

PS
The real hard part must have been narrowing those 200 pics down to 5!

Are you sure you want to do this? I like 5...just to confuse the issue. I like the single tonality broken up by the green in the drops.

As Rafael said,, are you sure you want to do this???

Definitely number 5 is for me the better picture. Thesingle colour tonality and sharp water dropletswith the green reflections in themmakes this picture more pleasing to the eye. Number 1 would of being niceif the water droplets and the reflections in them were sharp. The other three, I find themsoftfor my liking with no focal point. Hope this helps and not complicate matters.
