Three excellent shots cal. Love the pose in shot 2. How far away was the Deer? you seemed to have captured a lot of fine detail in these, way more than I managed when i was trying for decent Deer shots last year.

Thanks, He was about 10 yds from me. I was using the fz50 with the Tcon 1.7. I get alot of deer shots on this bike trail. It runs thru 2500 acres of river bottom and fields. I usually see 75-100 on every trip.

I had the sharpness on high and the sports mode seems to help with the deer pics.
