These are a few more bird pictures from Florida.

1. Little Blue Heron with Brown Anole. This was in a driveway. The heron was checking out all the bushes for munchies and did not seem bothered by our presence.

2. White Ibis with frog.

3. Release Kermit!

Those are really cool! Something about shot 2 reminds me of Froggy Funwheel

Thanks for commenting guys. In the interest of fairness I watched the few gators we saw to see if one grabbed a bird, but it did not happen. They yesterday I took pictures of a really wet heron with some blood and a fair amount of big toe missing. Probably stepped on a snapping turtle. I did not want to post that here though.
If anyone wants to see that they can click the link below. Nice picture but a bit sad. I may need to crop it for a great head shot.

Darn Steve you sure get some interesting shots. I could go a year here without seeing something like that.

Nice action shots Steve. That frog in the last 2 looks quite a mouthful :-)

Nice shots Steve. Are these shots taken in Florida?

These three are indeed Florida shots. The first one right by the Step Mom's house where we were staying, the next to in a city park with a lake. All we had was crackers, but those ibises would come running for pieces, along with the Boat-tailed Grackles and Moorhens. The one I linked to was the local cemetery.

Thanks for commenting and thanks also Ted and Mark.

Great action shots, you have a knack for capturing the drama that is nature.
