Nice details on the butt!

BG is abit cluttered but I guess it can't be helped it being on the grass, and shadows cast on ground is quite harsh.

Thanks everyone for your looking and your nice comments.

Not much I could about the shadows and grass. It was on the lawn in bright sunlight, it was skittish and I was holding the camera at arms length to try and get close enough and shoot in between gusts of wind. Did I mention I also was standing up in a hammock at the time.:-):-)

Nice shot, Ted. Looks akin to the tiny "common blue" butterfly we have around here. So nice to see, so difficult to shoot.
