OK so I did not just shoot birds all week.

It was grey for most of the time

of course South gippy doest not mind overcast (view from Toora hills over Corner Inlet and the prom)

the cow gets lost next to the windmill (67 metres I believe)

The long pier at Port Welshpool

a vineyard near Foster

did I mention there had been some rain down this way

and that has kept people from enjoying the winter sun

For those of you who aren't totally bored by this part of the world (I have now brought you summer, autumn and winter from here) there are a couple more at

Very nice shots Rafael. For some reason that first shot is to me the most wintery of the bunch. I must say your winters seem not as dreary as ours.

Thanks Steve. No our winters are very mild. Specially if you can get out of town for a bit as I did. I agree the first one says winter most clearly, though I kinda reckon the second last one does as well.

Great shots! That vineyard looks nice, it sort of reminds me of a place in New Mexico we drove through every summer on the way to visit my grandparents in Texas.

Thanks Ted and vaiboy. Like New Mexico hey, would never have thought it as we are way south and have a much cooler climate, but then I suspect NM is pretty big and has a variety of different areas.
