Very nice indeed......I tried that once and gave up......the lightning was never where the camera was pointed.

Thanks guys.

Well, the pics are cropped and I just use wide and shoot in the general direction and hope to capture some strikes during the long exposure....and re-crop for composition.

Very nice! Must have been quite a storm tocapture so many. I'm like Genece, the lighting is always somewhere else.

Very nice. We have nice storms here, but they roll in so fast I never get off any shots before the rain drives me away.

Really good captures. I've seen some amazing lightning when on holiday in Europe, but have never managed to obtain even one decent shot.
