I drove through a wildlife reserve today and managed to get a couple of long distance shots.

Nice shots. Your greenery is much more so then around here. We have had some abnormal dry and hot.

Oh, the lushiness of California. Very nice Ted. I really like the first one of the blue heron, I believe it is. The surroundings remind me of some of our scenes in the swamps.

The egrets are also very common here.

Nice captures.

Thanks all for looking and the nice comments. There is still lots of lush green around here (Portland Oregon / Vancouver Washington area) and it is starting to rain already so things will stay green.
