If you work at it you can get a nice shallow DOF on your shot.....just have to get in close.....

I like these Raf.Unusual subjects and very effective angles. I used to make railings like that for a living until arthritis got the better of me.....

Raf, I agree with Mark. The second shot is my favorite, mostly because I love things from the past. The type of fences in your photo is hardly availabel today and can be had only by special orders from custom manufactures.

I admit to some envy to your first photo of daily delivery of beer. I get a couple six-paks, but don't think I could handle 14 to 16 kegs a day. That's a lot of swilling. Now, where did I put the camera?:G

Thanks Mark and Jerry. There are still a few of these fences around Melbourne. very Victorian (the era of Queen Victoria's reign) and Melbourne capital of the city of Victoria is a very Victorian town.

Jerry I doubt I could actually drink that much in several lifetimes.

Interesting shots, as always, Rafael.

Did not realize you were practically a tee-totaller!

Very nice and interesting subjects as always Rafael. As far as beer is concerned, you are a better man than I am. LOL:-)

Appreciate the humor here Rafael, and the second shot is a great example of DOF control.
