Nice shots Mark. I like the original better because the emphasis of the mood is on the rain drops, by pushing the contrast higher it brought-up the back round and window frameas well, taking away the emphasis from the rain drops imho.

I agree with Macnite.

Better to use Autocontrast (or manually adjust levels or bright-contr), for I don't like that greenish cast. The original has more mood and in this case I think that it's better low contrasted.

Good NR for a iso 400 on both pics (though there is no very fine detailed taxture, so it was an easy job).

I also like the basket shot.
