A colorful and photogenic land. And based on some of the shots in part one, a rather soggy one in places. A civil servent neighbor just took an assignment in Thailand so this was good to see at this time. Thanks for sharing. I will have to look at all these a few times to absorb properly.

Eighteen years ago, Thailand was a country with limited automotive traffic. All that has changed the age of the car has hit the land of smiles with heavy traffic jams and severe pollution especially in Bangkok. I was aware of this before setting up the trip so I limited my Bangkok stay to 3 days. We did not have one drop of rain for the entire trip.



NOT SOGGY JUST SMOGGY!



There is so much pollution in this shot that it looks surreal.
