My first shots with this camera were taken only as quick snapshots just to see what the camera was capable of doing. I was pleased with the results - I thoughtthey turned out so wellthat non-Panasonic usersmight be interested in seeing what they were missing, so I posted a few in the Close-up Forum. Take a look if you are interested. Where there is noise the dark backgrounds do a good job ofobscuring it. C&C welcome - I'll check back here to see what you think.

Well, I thought I would comment here instead of there. My first comment is: I didn't even know there was a close up forum! I could have put some macros there.

Second comment. Flowers all came out well. I like the pansy the best as I am partial to them. which might be why my next choice is the viola.

The flowers are lovely, wish we had some to look at right now, instead of the bare trees and brown grass.
