I am as much impressed by the fact that you have a sky clear enough to see the moon as I am by the moon itself or your fine shot. Mostly cloudy here these days.

this is today's moon here in Israel, last night was cloudy. Lovely atmosphere in your shot raghu. what were your settings for the picture? was the sky bluish or is it pp?

Very sharp picture you have got, Dov. As for my picture, I shot it in theshutter prioritymode.EXIF readsf2.8,1/4 sec, ISO 80. The sun had just set about 15 mts back, so the sky was really that blue.

Thanks, I really liked the atmosphere in your picture. mine was hand held because my daughter took my tripod on a trip, so i could not get a nearby tree in the shot too.
By the way congratulations on beating Australia in the cricket tournament
