After reading the thread about the two power tele converters I thought I would post a few TCON-17 shots. Cropped and run through Elements.

Black-crowned Night-Heron on an island fence in a local park pond.

Willet digging for lunch.

Bathing Ruddy Turnstone

Female Oriole looking pretty.

Very small bird. Not a baby though. A Nashville Warbler. One of the things I like about using a tele converter is that I can back off a long ways from full zoom, and then use Aperture of f/3.6 to allow a faster shutter speed. This shot was taken under trees on a not overly bright day. Although not the best shot I like it because it is such a cute little bird and the singing pose is not often captured.

Another Oriole, male this time.

Excellent photos, thanks. I will buy a tcon17 if i find it for low price.
Nearly, It doesn't provide any sharpness-loss.
