Dropped in here to get the latest TZ5 information and amazed that there isn't more discussion about continuous autofocus during video.

To the point, I think,.....the problem seems to have been corrected in the newer cameras with firmware 1.1.3. Apparently there will be no firmware release to early buyers but you can supposedly take your camera to a service center and they will upgrade the firmware immediately.

I don't have the camera but seriously plan to get one. I love the idea of zoom during HD video now that the CAF has been fixed.

Where can i download firmwares for panasonic cameras?
What i have to do?
I have a fz18 and i want to install new firmware to it.

I'm not a Panasonic camera owner but I gather from the other forums that you cannot install your own firmare. This is a big gripe of the owners of the TZ5 where there is a known problem and firmware to fix it.
