Thanks for all the very encouraging comments! London skies are filled with cranes at present...

Arizona...when I bought my FZ18 I absolutely hated it at first and wanted to go back to my trusty old FZ5. The noise seemed unbearable. But I have slowly learned to use it better and am getting much better results. I have also started to shoot almost exclusively in RAW which seems to make a huge difference.

The silkypix program bundled with the camera is pretty good in processing the pics.

I have a week off work next week so am looking forward to taking some new photos then!
