First time I came across big (1 foot) fish in clear pond. A few snaps.

Good looking shots and composition the fish going diagonally in the frame. The web presentation frame you chose is a nice touch as well. Good to see you still posting away here on this forum with some nice shots of "Koi" aka. carp.

nice photos... i especially like the water motion from the fish's tail in the first one, and the snippet of reflection in the ripples...

Beautiful shots! How did you get such great shots with virtually no glare! I agree that the first is also my favorite.

No. 1 is my favorite. Did you use a polariser to avoid glare?

Welcome back. Thanks for looking and for the comments. No, I didn't use a polarizer - in fact, ever since I bought my FZ3 about 4 years back, I have only been using it as it is - no additional lenses etc.
