Sun is out and it is - 6 without the wind. Brr. I decided to give IR with my dandy FZ1 a try. Best all around UZ made in my opinion. The ability to do IR is so much fun.

Lots of snow came down in the past week and five times I had to shovel so I could get in and out of my driveway and well you can see the pile next to it and what it looks like in the neighborhood. I pulled my VW Bug out lastnight and it so happened having the day off and no other cars parked outside like mine made for a nice shot of my "Frozen Bug".

Stay warm and have a safe "Holiday Season"

Tom

Great shot and great lead-in. Yep, you do have lots of snow. As I said snow is a rare occurrence for us, yet I still think the most beautiful snow and ice is in a great photo.:G

Yes, that was an inviting caption, and I must say for once, I wasn't upset I couldn't find what I expected. Lovely shot!

P.S: can you provide, separately if not in this thread, the color version of the same photo if available with you? I would like to see the shade/sunlight effect in color.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
