The sun, at an inclined angle in the afternoon, cast beautiful shadows of the scaffold tubes. Can you tell me which are the real ones and which are the shadows?

The shadows are to the right? I think you are taking the photo somewhat looking down and to the right. However, you may be on a level with the upper portion of the scaffold. But then, I admit it is confusing and I may be wrong.
