Default Is it possible to have 432mm in a FZ10?

How it's possible to have

35 mm focal length (mm) : 432

in the exif data of a FZ10's shoot?

If I undersatnd the question, the answer is this:
35mm is refering to the equivalent focal length for a 35mm camera. (A film frame on a 35 mm camera is 35mm * 24 mm.)
The 432 mm refers to the focal length of the lens which is a function of magnification. So the magnification of the lens on the FZ10 at full telephoto is equivalent to a 432mm lens on a 35mm camera.
Size of film and focal length of lens are two different concepts both measured in mm. (Now for an explanation of what the real meaning is of a 432 mm focal length, you will require someone more sophisticated than I. Just take it as a given - that is an extreme telephoto lens!)
Hope this helps.

The equivalent focal length in 35mm format is approximated: the real focal lenght of the FZ10 lens is 6-72 mm. The equivalent in 35mm for 6 is between 35 and 36 mm, so you can tell 35 or 36 mm equivalent in 35mm format. If you multiply the low value x 12 (the magnification of the zoom) you have: 6x12=72 real, 35x12=420 or 36x12=432 in equivalent 35mm.
