Default FX 500 Usability Review

I just bought an FX500 because the price had fallen significantly, it had all the features that I wanted and most importantly manual controls. While I am probably not qualified to judge its image quality (there are many reviews on the internet), I thought I would give you my thoughts on usability.

1. Feels very solid and stable in my hands.
2. A perfect size for an ultra compact. Easy to carry in a pocket but solid enough to hold
3. Quick menu button for changing most adjustments on screen (no menu digging).
4. Quick switching between automatic, manual etc..modes with touchscreen.
5. Shutter and aperture priority modes make picking correct exposure easy.
6. Tumbnails for secting multiple pictures to delete multiple pictures at once.
7. Can show two pictures at once on playback to compare them.
8. Can touch area on playback to zoom in (no need to zoom and then pan to area you want to see.

1. No smooth zooming on playback must zoom at 2x 4x 8x 16.
2. Touch zoom requires extra button push.
3. No cropping on playback.
4. Aperture, Shutter speed, and exposure compensation sliders are touch screen only. Why not allow the sliders to be controlled with the "joystick?"
5. Screen gets fingerprints on it easily (not really an issue for taking or viewing pictures though).

Any questions let me know.
