NR stands for Noise Reduction. It is one of the settings under Pict. Adj in the main menu.

I come across acronyms and abbreviations I don't know all the time. There's nothing stupid about it.

Daniel,

I like all your photos. Lovely Schäfer you have. Your current camera is great at close ups

Just lifting out my favourite. Excellent photo with grest composition an suitable depth- The small flowers in the lower lwft corner gies an extra accent

Daniel-

Welcome to the Forum and to the Panasonic Folder.

NR stands for "noise reduction." Thanks for posting a nice selection of FZ-28 images. Congratulations! You are showing good skill levels and moving forward nicely. I agree with Tullio, a bit more sharpness would improve the quality of your portfolio.

Well, as you have probably already seen, we have an active folder here with a good number of images and lots of sharing of photo tips. We enjoy helping each other.

Make your self comfortable, and remember we are always here to both help and share.

Daniel! Many thanks for the pictures. Don't know where to begin. Love the photo of the flower-closeup, your dog. Such good detail with your FZ28!!! Your camera will serve you well! All the best. Ned
