That looks good. Personally I would have experimented with a bit of minus Exposure Compensation so it would look like this right out of the camera.

Hi Sarah, thanks....I'm still experimenting with the exposure settings. Is the best way to do it is to take more then one shot with different exposure settings ?...or is there a way of telling the shot will be overexposed through the Histrogram ?

Well bracketing is easy to do. Once you get used to reading histograms, you can detect it there as well, but you have to have sharp eyes. Or you can just crank in EV-0.3 automatically on bright shots, just to keep your powder dry.
