Default Using Your Fz-35 Scene Modes

Tonight (01/09) we once again had another amazing sunset. So this time I decided to capture it using the FZ-35's Scene Mode for Sunsets. In contrast, to doing it manually, which I normally do, the Scene Mode set-up for Sunsets worked flawlessly.

Default A Manually Set-up Sunset

Here is how the manually set up sunset looked on the same sunset. It appears that the Blue channel is stronger in the Scene Mode photo.

Stan and Shoturtle-

I agree with you 100%. The contrast and color tones in the Scene Mode photo are better. Conclusion:Scene Modes are fast and very simple. A tip of the hat to the FZ-35!

Here is the January 10th Sunrise, also taken using the Sunset Scene Mode. No post processing, just re-sizing. This was taken in jpg with EV-0.3.

Have a great day.

Awesome Sarah ! I too prefer the Auto mode results for both shots.

Are you using a tripod and do you normally use one with this camera ? (mine should arrive tomorrow)
