Default Painted Bunting

The Painted Bunting is an unusual sighting here in Louisiana.

Default With regards to camera

I was using my Panny FZ30. It had been some time since I posted on the forum. It is great to see many new posters. When I got the D300, I got to playing with it so much, I just about forgot I had the FZ30. I really do like it.

Thanks to all of you. Here in south Louisiana, we are witnessing "Pigs flying, and Hell freezing over" today since the Super Bowl.

Thanks, Raghu. Good to see you are still around. Last time I had looked, you also had gotten a new Panny. Knowing your work, I am sure you are doing well with it. Oh, by the way, how are the kids, Mom, and lets not forget the dog.

Thanks, Jerry for enquiring about the family. All are doing well, except my dog Rishi, who left us a few months back at four-and-a-half years, too young for a dog to die. Blood parasites had dug deeply into him and he couldn't bear the innumberable visits to the hospital and the prolonged treatment. Though we have adopted another dog, we are unable to forget him and the unselfish love he showered on us.
