Default FZ38 Some landscape shots

While out today i took a few photo's, all foccused on the same spot with a different zoom. Allthough not great shots, they do give an acurate view of what i could see with my own eyes, the colors are bleak this time of year. The camera was handheld.
1st up is a wide angle shot with a nice sky
2nd is a x6 zoom
3rd is a x9 zoom
4th is a x18 zoom.
According to google earth the cliff face i was foccused on was six miles away! And then it started snowing.

Nicely done, Alun-

You were right on the border in dealing with that atmospheric haze. I would bet that at times it does become more visible in photos.

Thanks Paul, I don't have a uv filter yet but i am looking to get one shortly to protect the lens more than anything else. I was just playing about with it when i took those shots but forget to try the landscape modes out. Waiting for the next clear day now.

Nice pics! Is that near Hebden Bridge? I've stood on that spot and I know it's somewhere close to Burnley...!
