Default Some pics i took using my FZ28

Hi everyone,

I've happen to stumble upon this site last year when I was looking out for reviews and comments on the FZ28. Thanks to this site and all of the inputs from fellow members here, I've gotten myself the FZ28.

I'm happy with it though now I plan to get the FZ38 due to the later's faster auto-focus speed. Maybe I'll wait for a few months till the price of the FZ38 to go down a bit

In the mean time, here's some pictures I took when I was on a field-trip few months ago.

Waterfall

A Kayan Longhouse, Sarawak

Fun in the river

Wooden statues

A grandma with her grandson

Sweeping saw dusts from the work area

Trying out the color effect of the camera

There's some nice photo's there. Although i have never used the FZ28, from what i have read there isn't a huge amount of difference to the FZ38. Like you say the faster focus and a video/sound upgrade. With the quality of photo's you have posted i would be more than happy with it for quite some time. But I know what it's like to want the newest shiny gadgets as well!
all the best

Don't u guys get the FZ35 around there, the only difference is the lenth of the HD video you can shoot. FZ35 till card is full and I think FZ38 only do 10min if I remember correctly.

The FZ38 video is set to a limit of 29 Minutes 59 seconds to
ensure that it is within the 30 minute European tax limitation.
Another difference (reported from some FZ35 users in North America)
is that their cameras don't have any PAL (only NTSC) option.
The Asian FZ35 (including the Australia region) does indeed do PAL.
The FZ38 has both PAL and NTSC capability.
I was told that the FZ35 is for the Americas and Asia, the FZ38
is for the EMEA (Europe Middle East and African) region.

Regards

That's one of the drawback as to me the video taken in the pana super zoom series is one of the best. Looks clear and sharp even when watch on full HD tv.
