The logical question to ask is simply this: does spot focus really work well? And how does it do in low light level condition?

Well, this photo taken a year ago with my FZ-28 answers those questions rather well. This photo was taken on board a cruise ship of an on stage performer without the benefit of any flash at all. ISO was set to ISO 800 and the shot was focused using spot focus.
