Impressive. Looks like Ill have get that FZ35 Frys has for $329!

Actually, another problem Ive had is that my Church frequently asks me to do some photo work & most of it is indoor shots with bad lighting & often some zoom must be used. It is very difficult with FZ7. In addition, I NEED THE WIDER ANGLE TOO & the pin cushion correction for close macros is nice. There are a lot of other features too that FZ35 sports such as higher resolution LCD/Viewfinder, contrast control, etc. Oddly enough, the one thing I wish it would do is allow 10fps selection for low resolution video. Again this is for concerts. Sometimes I will movie video the guitar/musician's solo part (30-40sec clip), but want a file size that is emailable to band cronies. The fixed FZ35 30fps is expected to produce large file sizes which are beyond allowable email attachment size limits. Maybe someone has some ideas here.

Perhaps this should warrant a new topic, but my quick idea is to edit the video PP. If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to change the FPS among other settings in video converters, such as Handbrake.

10 fps will no longer give smooth motions. I think you have to reduce the resolution - this can be easily done with the FZ35 - recording in motionjpeg and choosing a VGA or QVGA resolution.

Excellent photos. With all these tips, panasonic could put in a new camera mode - called Band Aid.
