Dang - all that hard work on my prune lens cap - down the toilet - the "trap door lens cap" is much better.

Hi Clint,

Certainly agreed 100%...mine originally lens cap was safely wired with the factory provided cord to the camera....but twice my lovely wife "GRASP" the camera as a "SANDWICH"...smarting the lens with her big finger...immediately I ordered this lovely "Solution"...NO more cap lost & NO MORE finger on the front lens!!!.

Peace,

Alex 007

I really, really, like this lens cap, but for the life of me, I can't find one for the FZ35 camera.

Clint.... you have any luck finding one for a Panasonic FZ camera ???

That design works better on cameras like the Panasonic LX3 shown in the photos. How effectively it works is based on how much the lens barrel moves.
