Hi, Clint. Did you know you could embed the image like this instead of posting a link? It's pretty simple and the viewer doesn't have to leave the forum and them come back. Cute image, BTW!

Its amazing how this camera takes things we see everyday and allows one to present them in a new light.

No, I sent the LT-55 back. The second picture is the 2mp extended zoom - 35.2x

Pretty darn good for 2mp at extended zoom. I'm underestimating this camera. The hairs on the tail are quite sharp for 2mp.

I'm starting to wonder if the imperfections introduced with a telephoto lens equal the imperfections of dropping mp's.

Did you use a tripod or monopod?

I can olny get the embedded image from Picasa at 800 - how did you do it?
